Our mission at The Vine School is to create a customized Christian learning environment and specialized teaching methods to serve children ages two through ten affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders and related Communication Disorders.
We believe using a multisensory curriculum that addresses the social and language challenges children with Autism encounter. A low student to teacher ratio is essential to achieving this goal. Our Christian approach, combined with our specialized learning environment will nurture your child’s special needs.
About Us
The Vine School was founded by John and Melody Handley and Erin Hatley in June 2008. Desiring a specialized education for their daughter, John and Melody sought out Autism-only private schools throughout South Texas. Faced with a move that would relocate the family to a larger city, John, Melody and Erin decided the time had come to start an Autism-only private school in Victoria.
